I'm not against gay people but DAMN! Talk about PUSHING IT....We have accepted them already, why do they need their own "sorority".
MAN! Sort of reminds me of my school and the "non gender" washrooms they're having for transgenders! Talk about segregation right there....you can't decide if you're a boy or a girl. When you feel like a boy, use a boy's bathroom when you feel like a girl use a girl's bathroom...
Then again open concept bathroom could mean.....uhmmmmm
@ Overwhelmed- these guys are gay, then they decided it would be a "great" idea to mimick one of the historically black sororities, they even took their colors!!! How disrespectful is that? If you want to form an organisation thats cool, but for you to adopt another organisations colors and stuff is so not cool.

I am just way too disgusted to talk...now they think they are girls? SEX-CHANGE plz!!
well b4 i read comments, i thought they were claiming to be AKA's but now i realize they are not claiming to be AKA's, they are maika's which is equivalent to sigma doves, omega pearls, delta beaus, kappa sweethearts, alpha angels, iota sweethearts...etc....they r an auxillary organization....whew!!!!thats much better

As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Innncorporated, i am highly offended by those men that think that they have the God given right to rock the pink and green, throw up pinkies, throw up the ivy...belt out our national hymn and associate themselves with MY illustrious organization.
They are not and will never be members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
My organization was founded for women of color, yeah we might falter on the color part (yes i do have some white sawrahs) but it is an organization for women and not gay men.
I saw it all on BET, our National headquaters is aware of the entire situation and oh it will be handled.
Alpha Kappa Alpha is a SERIOUS MATTER.
