What will become of me?

I wish i were psychic, wish i could see into the future & see what would become of me. Right now i have a job that pays the bills (cant complain too much, cos some dont have jobs) .
I've been going on interviews here & there and its looks like i'll soon be offered a job @ a multi-national company. I dont know what to do! Do i give up my radio dj/presenter job & go in work in the corporate world? I know the multi-national will pay heck of a lot better BUT im not so sure i want to leave my present job.

I'd really like to work for MTV or E (THE ENTERTAINMENT STATION) .........I dont know what to do!!!!

My parents think the radio job is not a real job, they always say "Your mates are making millions! Buying shares and doing big things"

One of my friends thinks its " a waste of time".
BF thinks i should "Follow my heart & do what makes me happy"- I think his advice is the best!

However, how do i do what i like if what i like doesnt pay enough? Help!

Random Ramblings............

I went to the concert!!! Free of charge!!! (Yay!!!) I got a press pass. Im sure u guys got the gist already so i wont bore u with anymore gist except that no one mentioned that Busta said we have the best canabis in Naija and he proceeded to smoke it on stage. Same with Snoop.

@ Work.............nothing much going on, im on the midday shift (11am - 4pm) I hate it!!! By the time i get out of work, the day is gone! The shift itself is soo boring & laid back.

There's this white/lebanese/arab guy (IM NOT RACIST!!!)that really got on my nerves a few days ago (will elaborate later) but im prepared to show him pepper( in a professional way of course) He'll never forget me (Touching index finger to tongue & pointing it to the sky) Good nite folks!

Hello People!!! Im happy to announce that the photo shoot was on thursday..........it took a loooong time and im glad its over with! Cos i fretted and panicked for days.........
Let me explain (in case u dont understand).......Im a tomboy! I pick comfort over fashion ALMOST everytime. I live in jeans, baby tees and tank tops, & maybe the occasional skirt. I dont usually put on makeup (foundation is the enemy!!!) I prefer just a little lip gloss and mascara .

Anyways................the makeup artist started applying the makeup around 5pm, she wasnt done until past 6pm. I was so restless (cant sit still for long!!) I had never put on so much makeup in my life! It was worth it though!! My co-workers (especially the guys) kept teasing!
The dress i wore was thankfully supplied by a designer called Mya (Designer of the year 2003). It was very girly, pink, long, low neck (which i have no problem with! but i know my parents will freak!!!) . It looked good sha. Isaac Emokpae (I hope i spelt it right) was the photographer........it was really nice. I just have to say that posing isnt easy oh!

It takes a very confident and secure person to do a photo shoot and not feel foolish/silly while posing and trying to find the right facial expression. I didnt know whether to smile showing my teeth or not, whether to scowl.............i took a bunch of shots..........I dont even know which one will be used. Im going to see the photographer on monday to get them (if i like them, ill post one)

As for the concert, the tickets were reduced to 10,000 per day from 25,000. I still am reluctant to pay that amount of money! Im hustling to see if i can get a press pass............................(to be continued)

Shame on me................................................

Yes I know, Shame on me for not posting a blog in a while. Shame on me for not going on that diet i was supposed to go on , shame on me for not going on that workout program that i specially organized for myself at Ikoyi Club, Shame (low-down dirty shame!) on me for having UNHOLY THOUGHTS about other guys cos BF hasnt been in town for almost a month.

I was tempted! But i did nothing!!! Im a good girl (what did u expect?)
Speaking of BF, a whole lot has happened.............but i decided not to blog about HIM all the time!
My life has been centered around work..work... work! Ive been busy doing commercials and hypes (& getting paid !!!)
Ive also been busy trying to see if i can tickets to the big concert (Jay Z, Missy ,Beyonce, Ciara, Busta, Snoop & Mary J.
Then a womens mag wants to do a profile on me..................im running around trying to get something "stylish" to wear for the photo shoot......................See ya
